These are mini strawberry doughnuts! Delish! The recipe is very simple.
Mini-Strawberry Doughnuts
Preheat oven to 425. Spray mini doughnut pan with non-stick spray.
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Combine together and make a well for wet ingredients.
1 T. melted butter
1/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 T. pure maple syrup
Combine, and add to dry ingredients. Then add 8-10 medium strawberries pureed with 1-2 T strawberry jam. Fold in. Pour into large zip bag. Cut off small corner and pipe into pan. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Cool and dip in your favorite drizzle. Makes about 24!

Smoothie
I have been making smoothies for many years. Decided to add the recipe and pictures here.
Crueberry smoothies
1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup cranberries (mine were frozen)
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup OJ
1 pkg Truvia
Pulse in blender until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy!

Barry Manilow
Went to the concert last night. He still sounds amazing! Fun with 3 of my sister-in-laws there, and Old Town. Don't remember half of it after about 11! Oh well!
Came home and went for a run, and did something to my right calf muscle. Icing it now.

Day 2 of workouts
